McDonald's in Cologne

PURE DISASTER !!!! We ordered 3 menus worth € 29 including drinks. After three attempts the drinks were still wrong, so we finally decided to take the drinks with us. The veggie citizens we had ordered were rock hard and not even toasted the rolls, just rubbery, raw rolls. Ice cold, flaky rubber fries were also served. How long has McDonald's been working on stock ?? That's it, I will never shop in this branch again. Min. 10 employees worked there and after 30 minutes of waiting we could finally take our order with us.

Really bad Mcs often forgets what you have ordered to put in already the 2nd time you pay and don't get what you ordered schrimps sold out ok then the boss wanted to replace it with chicken nuggets but he didn’t make disgusting mcs actually even 0 , 5 stars

Parking lots all closed during corona, which was quite annoying, the burgers were really badly packed, but otherwise like a McDonald's.

We were there for the sake of the kids, but I found the place to be pretty dirty. At least the tables should be clean and disinfected during these times. The water in the sink did not drain on the toilet, so better just into the drive-in.

October 8th, 2020 9pm, absolute madness, the reception itself was an absolute disaster. Very unfriendly refugees who looked angry were asked if we would like to eat there. This was done anyway because the bottom of the fat glistened and stuck. Took the signature menu four times and spent almost 45 euros. At home the horror was great, the most expensive burger was a dripping, greasy piece that doesn't taste like burger at all, but rather the cheapest fat you can get. Letting a shop like this go down like this is an absolute no-go. Never again...

Quick service outside the home. I tried Michchake Schoko 0.3 l for 1.99 euros. Certainly well suited for being full.

It's okay. Doesn't matter if you're in America or here, it is always the same, unhealthy and so unnatural.

I was about to order 2 McChicken, but after 10 minutes I still wasn't served, I complained. 5 minutes later my order was taken and another 10 minutes later the McChicken should be handed out to me, but I saw with my own eyes how the employee spat on my burgers when the employee said from the front, the two McChicken with love . It is a bottomless cheek what the employees there allow themselves in their stress! Consequences will follow.

Actually wanted to have breakfast there at short notice. Was there at a quarter past 8, learned that the toilets will be unlocked at 9 a.m. Exceptions for a heavily pregnant woman who is present? Nothing. An absurdity ...

You can get whatever you want and also have parking and get quickly your order

Every thing is descent

Your typical McDonalds, with nothing out of the ordinary to note. The food is consistent, the ordering kiosks are present, making it a little easier, especially if there is a language barrier. The space is relatively kept clean with an attendant constantly clearing tables. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Thought it would be quicker to order at the terminal. It wasn't. We waited 25 mins. Then we were rewarded by a cold burger and soggy chips and the wrong drink. Obviously something in the system is not working and the staff are very stressed and that makes them very unfriendly.
